While we strive to fulfill all orders accurately, please be aware that products may have limited availability due to our customized production process. We partner closely with select vendors to maintain a lean inventory model.

Do you offer refunds?
If any of these apply, please contact us at [info@monsterhoodstyle.com] with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and do contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged through no fault of your own, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
we will make every effort to replace the item, upon provided prove to us within 14 days of delivery.
Any Refunds cannot be issued for orders once it is being placed until such order is being delivered & it is proven to be defective or damaged through no fault of yours upon receiving your package.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [info@monsterhoodstyle.com] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one,
